Leading Microsoft Gold partner TVision Technology Ltd will be exhibiting at the 34th London Wine Fair at Olympia in London in the first week of June 2014. The event attracts visitors from all aspects of the wine trade and many of TVision’s existing clients are also exhibiting.

TVision will be promoting the Wine System, its ERP (enterprise resource planning) system built in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and designed for drinks distributors and merchants. Its functionality makes it suitable for wine businesses focused on sales to nationals, on trade or private reserves.

The London Wine Fair has been a long established fixture in the trade calendar. However, in recent years it has lost popularity and faith from visitors and exhibitors alike. LWF 2014 is heralded as the “make or break year” by event organiser Ross Carter. TVision exhibited for the first time last year, LIWF 2013. The 2013 event attracted over 10,000 visitors to the ExCel Centre yet was heralded as the “swansong” with all eyes on the changes announced for 2014. The improvements include a return to the heart of London with the event taking place at Olympia.
The simple change of location has had a major influence, it represents a willingness of the organisers, Brintex, to listen to the criticisms and implement improvements.

In an article for Off Licence News, TVision client Mentzendorff commented on how the change of location was a major factor in their decision to return to the fair, “It places the fair back in the heart of the most exciting, most vibrant city in the UK market for wine currently,“ Andrew Hawes, Managing Director.

Mentzendorff is not the only prominent merchant returning to the fair. Enotria’s Off Trade Sales Director, Simon Bradbury, says: “The Fair has undergone a transformation, in its new format and location, we are sure that it will appeal to all trade sectors. We wholeheartedly support the development and feel very positive about the new look.”
“For TVision the event is an ideal opportunity to raise our profile as a supplier to the industry and gain further insight into the day to day lives of our clients,” Nicki Stewart, Sales Director. “As first timers last year we enjoyed a lively show; 2014 is set to be even more exciting and vibrant, especially with many of our clients exhibiting this year.”

TVision will be on stand 503.
