Here at TVision we regularly communicate with existing and prospective customers via email. Unfortunately, on occasion some of our customers say “you didn’t email us about…”. After a bit of investigation, we discover that we did email them, but the email ended up in a junk folder. Find out how to whitelist Bevica and TVision emails using different email providers below, and what you need to whitelist to make sure you receive our emails.

What does “whitelist” mean?

Whitelisting an email is the process whereby you tell your email provider that you want emails from a particular sender to be allowed into your inbox, rather than them being filtered into your junk/spam/clutter folder.

Why should you whitelist our emails?

It is a well-known fact, that most inboxes receive a high number of emails on a daily basis that need deleting. However, there are some important emails that you do need to read. It is therefore important to whitelist these email senders to ensure that valuable information does not fall through the cracks.

What should you whitelist to ensure you get TVision and Bevica emails in your inbox?

As from 1 April, TVision Technology is moving to a new e-marketing service provider and all emails will come from either three TVision sub-domains or three Bevica sub-domains. To ensure that you continue to receive all of TVision Technology’s emails, please make sure you whitelist all of our new sub-domains either at an individual or at group/company level.

The new Bevica sub-domains are:
