With Bevica now at the heart of their operations, Solera is set to streamline their sales processes, simplify document handling, and scale with confidence.
Solera Wine Merchants is an independent wine importer based in Dublin, delivering across Ireland. They specialise in sourcing premium wines from celebrated regions and hidden gems alike, offering a curated portfolio that reflects quality, authenticity, and terroir. With a strong focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, Solera supplies fine wines to cafes, restaurants, hotels, and the trade—pairing deep industry knowledge with personalised service to help clients discover exceptional bottles not found elsewhere in the Irish market
Solera went live with Bevica SaaS in September 2025.
Bevica SaaS implementation success
With only two system users and a very small core team, Solera opted for the following Bevica implementation process:
- Standard Bevica installation with some development work to allow them to email their orders straight from Bevica to their 3PL warehouse.
- Communication Engine, a TVision App that allows the smooth communication of data between Bevica and the 3PL provider
Albert Baginski, Solera’s owner, led the implementation project. He worked closely with TVision consultants to ensure a smooth transition, supported by weekly updates, training, and post-go-live support.
