Managing Director

Pippa is the Managing Director of TVision, and was a founder partner of the company when it started in 1999.

She had a background in Human Resources and payroll systems before co-founding TVision. Pippa initially worked in consultancy advising clients on how to get the best out of their finance software, reengineering their processes and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Alex Williams

Marketing Campaigns Executive

Alex brings to the team a wealth of marketing and communications experience within the B2B and public sectors.

She crafts and publishes engaging content for both prospective and existing clients, across the website, on social media and via marketing campaigns to a range of audiences.

Andrea Concato

Research Development Director

Andrea has been running the Dev team here at TVision since July 2017.

He has over a decade of experience as a NAV Consultant and a Solutions Architect. His experience of being a co-owner of a NAV Partner in Italy brings his wealth of knowledge to us here in the UK. He is a keen traveller, and often returns home to his native Italy as well as visiting other countries around the world.

Ben Marriott

Implementation Consultant

Ben is a skilled consultant having held operations manager role at both Hallgarten and Liberty Wines.

He brings both hands-on operational experience and deep strategic skills to the team. He has helped many of our clients manage complex business change and improve business efficiency.

Brad Cox

Support Desk Consultant

Brad is one of the team based on the busy TVision support desk, who successfully passed his Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate accreditation in October 2021.

When the phone rings he is able to quickly work out what a client needs and finds a way of helping to solve their problems, whatever they may be due to his many years  experience in warehousing, costing, inventory and Bevica.

Charlotte-Louise Neufeld

Finance Manager

Charlotte-Louise Neufeld is the Finance Manager in the TVision and she ensures the smooth payments and budgeting for the business. Having been promoted from her Office Manager role she is the go-to person in the office for all things finance.

Claudio Martell

Bevica Product Director

Claudio has over 15 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the drinks sector. Having also spent a number of years at wine importer Enotria & Coe, he is acutely aware of the specific business challenges and information needs of companies in this sector and how to leverage ERP to meet those needs.

Danusia Jolliffe

Marketing Director

Danusia has a background in B2B and B2C Marketing, working for both blue chip and smaller organisations throughout her marketing career.

Although her transition to marketing has been an unusual one, her background in Science as a Chemistry undergrad and Physical Chemistry postgrad has helped her with the various communications styles necessary for sharing succinct marketing messages to various audiences.

David Brown

Implementation Consultant

For 20 years David worked in the drinks industry for Justerini & Brooks/Diageo and held a number of positions across sales, events, operations, management, systems, and data. The notable highlight was the implementation of Bevica in 2020. David ensured the system and its enhancements exceeded a number of complex requirements and that the overall migration and go-live (during a pandemic) ran smoothly!

David moved to TVision in autumn 2022  and is looking forward to translating his in-depth trade and Bevica experience on the client side into insight, explanation, and successful implementations and enhancements for our existing and new TVision customers so they can unlock their most important business processes and deliver value, growth, and profitability.

Estefania Llorente

Senior Developer

Stef is a Senior Developer at TVision, and has worked for the company for over 12 years. She has a broad experience of C/SIDE development on all areas of NAV from version 2.6 all the way through to NAV 2018. She also liaises directly with clients to solve any issues with standard or bespoke functionality.

Graham Knight

Business Consultant

Graham Knight has been our Business Coach for the past three years. He provides objective advice and support at our monthly management meetings, and is in regular contact with our MD throughout the month discussing all things TVision, business plans and business growth.

Ian Robinson

Support Desk Consultant

Ian is one of the team that works on the busy in-house Support Desk here at TVision, and joined in 2016.

He has an extensive knowledge of NAV throughout his career as an end user in the manufacturing, food distribution and agriculture sectors. This experience means he is easily able to pinpoint the source of customers troubles and fixing them.

Jack Hurley

Support Consultant

Jack is one of the team that works on the busy in-house Support Desk here at TVision, and joined in 2022.

Jack has been working with NAV and Business Central since 2019 and has worked with a number of different partners. Here at TVision, Jack’s role is to help resolve customer questions and queries to help them get back to working as quickly and effectively as possible.

Jason Bradley

Lead Implementation Consultant

Jason has been with TVision for over 10 years, nearly two decades of experience of working with Dynamics NAV.

His role here at TVision is as a Lead Implementation Consultant. He has significant experience of the implementation cycle from design through to actual implementation, and has knowledge in areas covering Supply Chain, CRM, Financials and Warehousing.

Jon Bain

Sales Director

Jon joined TVision as its Sales Director in early 2022. He comes from a background of international technology sales, mainly SaaS based in recent years. His role at TVision involves driving annual revenue, maintaining levels of gross margin, improving sales processes, and building and managing the sales team and partner opportunities.

Jon Bernad Barcos

Developer

Jon is one of the TVision Developers, and has been with the company since 2011.

He has a wealth of experience in writing code for our clients based on any change requests we receive on a regular basis on all areas of the software from version 3.60 to BC19.

Melanie Ford

Project Manager

Mel, by her own admission, has had quite a varied work life and has never been afraid to try something, including beings a cleaner, a postie, a pet shop assistant, and a carer.

For the past 10+ years, she has worked within the IT solutions sector and worn many hats, covering many roles up to management level. Her main focus has always been customer service and project management. Her current role at TVision is purely project management and she is looking forward to being able to focus on becoming more of an expert in this field.

Michael Main

Business Development Executive

Michael was originally employed to support the marketing team in its role to promote TVision and its products to build and develop the sales pipeline and client relationships from a lead generation perspective.

Most recently, he has also been working on new business opportunities as well as account management; streamlining a number of processes to make the end-to-end sales process more efficient and productive.

Mike Perks

IT Consultant

Mike is one of our Consultants who provides IT Consultancy and IT Implementation advice and recommendations, as well as IT Project Management and Business systems support. With experience relating to Azure hosting and cyber security, he adds an extra dimension to the advice we can provide around IT implementations.

Nicola Bourne

Nicola has worked at TVision for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience across the Consultancy and Support teams. Starting off in Consultancy she helped to implement the Dynamics solution with Clients, and that experience has proved invaluable in her current role as the Bevica Quality Control Manager.

Rodney Coverly joined TVision Technology in September 2022 as a Functional Consultant. Rodney has worked with first Navision, then NAV and now Business Central for nearly 20 years, first client-side and now as an implementation consultant. Rodney’s role at TVision is to help customers with their ERP implementation: listening, challenging, implementing, training and documenting each stage of the project.

Stephen Gresty

Client Delivery Manager

Stephen has worked within the Microsoft eco system for the past 20+ years with both end users and VARs (Value Added Reseller). Prior to that, he worked as a management accountant. This helped him better understand the needs of both sides of an ERP implementation and to ultimately create a better long-term relationship.

His role as Client Delivery Manager entails working with the various teams both client-side and within TVision to enable a successful implementation.

Lead Consultant

Teresa Peitsmeyer is an experienced Microsoft Professional who joined TVision in May 2021. Her role at TVision is as a Lead Implementation Consultant.

Tessa Deeks

Relationship Manager

Tessa Deeks joined TVision in early 2022 as a Relationship Manager. Tessa’s role is both client-facing side (ensuring all changes encompass client requirements) as well as technical (ensuring that releases are managed into Production environments via Risk Management processes to mitigate object conflicts).

Tessa has over 20 years’ experience, working with both large blue-chip end-users and Partner VARs,  all in the Navision, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Business Central sphere.

Xena Robinson

Office Manager

Xena’s role as Office Manager at TVision entails a bit of everything. She is responsible for looking after the office and staff, making sure everything runs smoothly, planning external staff events, helping with HR and Finance etc.
