23 September 2025, Woking – We’re excited to announce that Famille Perrin UK, the UK office of the renowned French wine producer Famille Perrin, has officially gone live with leadin wine industry ERP, Bevica!
Famille Perrin UK brings the vibrant character of the Southern Rhône Valley and Provence to the UK through a diverse portfolio of wines that celebrate terroir, tradition, and accessibility. Their range includes everything from the world-class Rosés of Miraval, legendary wines from Château de Beaucastel, elegant Rhône crus to everyday favourites – including the hugely successful La Vieille Ferme, affectionately known as the “Chicken Wine” thanks to its distinctive labeling featuring a chicken and cockerel pair. Beloved for its quality and charm, this wine has become a recent sensation and a go-to choice for casual drinkers and connoisseurs alike.
As their operations expanded in the UK, Famille Perrin recognised the need to move beyond manual processes and implement a robust wine industry ERP to support their business.
The project, which formally kicked off in April 2025, culminated in a successful go-live in September 2025.
Bevica SaaS implementation success
Famille Perrin’s Bevica implementation included:
- Standard Bevica installation
- Warehouse integration (EHD)
- Communication Engine, a TVision App that allows the smooth communication of data between Bevica and Famille Perrin’s 3PL provider
- Shopify Connector that allow seamless stock and sales synchronisation between the Bevica and Shopify systems
- Yavrio Open Banking Automation (automated bank feeds and reconciliation)
Zoe Dunne, UK Administration Manager at Famille Perrin, led the implementation and brought prior Bevica experience from her time at Boutinot. She worked closely with TVision consultants to ensure a smooth transition, supported by weekly updates, training, and post-go-live support.
