We are delighted to announce the virtual launch of Bevica Essentials – our new cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed specifically for small to medium sized organisations within the drinks industry sector.
Built on the same principles of the Enterprise version, Bevica Essentials is more suited to small and medium sized organisations that are looking to join the many drinks clients that already use Bevica (powered by Microsoft Dynamics).
As with Bevica Enterprise, it links to other Microsoft products – Office 365, Power BI, AI and Power Automate – making your Finance and KPIs, Supply Chain, Duty Management, Inventory control and CRM processes more efficient.
Designed to take advantage of industry best practice built up over many years, it incorporates tools and features that increase performance and productivity. It is the perfect way to get started on a dedicate drinks industry system, alongside our unparalleled support, with access to our Bevica-specific user group, with a focused and hence lower cost.
Speaking to many prospects as part of the research to assess business needs, we quickly realised that not all organisations needed an Enterprise model. We are proud to say that Bevica Essentials has been entirely developed in-house by our highly experienced consultant and development teams.
Bevica Essentials allows organisations, now, to take advantage of a robust ERP system backed by Microsoft, enhanced with key industry specific functionality.
We had made extensive plans to launch Bevica Essentials at the 2020 London Wine Fair. However, with the COVID-19 situation impacting and cancelling live events, and the project ready for completion we decided to launch nonetheless. The intention is to have a face-to-face event later in the year when social distancing rules are relaxed and physical events can once again take place. We have also arranged print advertising in Harpers, the drinks business, the Vineyard and the Grape Press (the publication for Wine GB Patrons) to support the launch.
