Here at Bevica we are continually improving the usability of the Bevica software solution that has been designed specifically for businesses in the drinks industry. With the release of version 19.25.00, we have added a number of major improvements and enhancements to the existing Bevica features. In this blog we take a look at the new Bevica features going live in March 2022.

Enhanced Target Cost

Users can now apply Target Cost per Location and/or Duty Status, as well as on the Item Card. This will give businesses a more accurate sales line cost.

New Bevica Role Centres

There are two new simplified Role Centres: Bevica Operations and Bevica Finance. The creation of these two Role Centres will help remove unwanted clutter from pages.

Bevica Operations highlights Purchasing, Sales and Inventory. Meanwhile Bevica Finance highlights Finance with some links to Purchasing, Sales and Inventory.

Pages on both of these profiles have been pre-customised to display the primary fields and options used by Bevica. They are good profiles to use if you are new to Bevica and want to be able to easily see and navigate the primary areas of the software.

Customer Credit fields

More security has now been added to the Credit Limit (LCY) and Credit Status fields with only Credit Controllers now being able to amend them.

Automatically Create a Vendor Linked to a Customer

This improvement is part of Bevica’s Contra Balances functionality and is useful for Broking. Users can now create a linked Vendor from the Customer card.

Master record templates

Bevica fields have been added to Item, Vendor and Customer Templates.

Users can now create a list of items that customers normally buy and then order off that list quickly and easily. This improvement will reduce mistakes and provide consistency when orders are being placed.

In addition, there have also been improvements to field Tooltips and Help links throughout the Bevica system.
